Aseem Khatri is the Founder & CEO of Roswell Growth Partners.
Previously with BlackRock’s U.S. Private Capital group, Aseem spent more than a decade as Co-Head of Technology Investments, leading more than 60 deals representing $4 billion of capital with an emphasis on vertical software.
Before BlackRock, Aseem was a private equity investor at Saban Capital Group and began his career in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Investment Banking Group at Goldman Sachs. Across these roles, Aseem has spent his entire career evaluating, structuring, and guiding technology businesses through inflection points in growth and ownership.
Aseem founded Roswell after watching the same gap recur across twenty years of technology investing: profitable, founder-owned software companies, bootstrapped by choice, unwilling to sell control, with no capital source designed for them. Vertical software wins because it's built for one industry. Roswell is vertical capital: private equity built for these founders.
Aseem lives in Roswell, GA with his wife and three children. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA (with honors) from the University of Michigan.
