David Giannetto joined Roswell Growth Partners in 2026, and is a seasoned PE-backed software leader with over 35 years of experience building and transforming SaaS, FinTech, and tech-enabled businesses.
He has led multiple PE-backed platforms as CEO, including WorkWave which he grew from $52M to nearly $500M in revenue over 5 years, expanding profitability and executing strategic and tuck-in acquisitions that reshaped the field service software landscape across North America and Europe.
David is also deeply experienced with fintech, having launched and scaled integrated payment platforms that process billions in annual payment volume. He has consistently improved efficiency by redesigning go-to-market models and implementing operational playbooks that improve retention, customer lifetime value, and unit economics.
His hands-on approach to working with management teams stems from building and leading the Performance Management and Business Intelligence practices at CohnReznick and Telos Group. These experiences taught him the art of helping businesses achieve scale, professionalize operations, modernize product, and optimize commercial strategy.
David holds an MBA from Rutgers University and was formerly a US Army officer in the 10th Mountain Division. He is the author of two business books and is also a Board Member for the Rothschild Five Arrows Group.
