He began his career at Churchill Real Estate before joining Raymond James, where he advised on sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions for middle-market software companies. He then joined Gryphon Investors, where he sourced investment opportunities and supported the execution and portfolio management of vertical software investments across North America.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a Minor in Economics from North Carolina State University.
